Punctuality:

 Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill forms, change, and enjoy the full treatment experience. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be charged full service price and reduced service time.

Cancellations- We request a 24 hours notice:

When cancelling for any spa and acupuncture appointments. To ensure fairness to the therapists valuable time, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service or treatment. Parties of 3 or more require a 48 hour notice.

Gratuities:

If you enjoyed your services and have been kindly cared for, gratuities are welcome and appropriate. Unfortunately, tips cannot be charged to your credit card. You may tip your service provider by leaving cash or check endorsed directly to them.

Privacy and Health Disclosure:

At the Tao of Wellness we fully respect your privacy. Your therapist will leave the room while you disrobe and provide appropriate draping. Please disclose any new health conditions, pregnancies, allergies, or prescriptions to ensure safety to your spa services.

Gift Certificates:

We provide gift cards in any amount, for any service and products. We are not responsible for lost gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit.

Children:

We love children, but to ensure a complete relaxation for our guest, children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a service with a parent present.
